Sarah and Emma Elizabeth Go Boating

during Sydney Design Week 3 - 15 August 2010

In the 1974 classic French Film Celine and Julie Go Boating, an alternate reality is accessed by the two heroines through eating a candy. They are then able to reconstruct a misdemeanour that is still occurring some time in the past, in the same location.

Sarah K (b+k) and Emma Elizabeth Coffey (Emma Elizabeth Designs) have collaborated to produce a tear in the fabric of Euroluce Light Studio in Surry Hill's Hill St Precinct, to reveal their most recent work captured at a sinister moment.
